- 2 bananas
- Big chunk of pineapple
- 2 large handfuls of baby spinach or Romaine lettuce
- 2 cups of water (or 2 cups of watermelon in season)
- 1. Chop bananas and pineapple.
- 2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- 3. Relish the vitamins and minerals.
