- 5 frozen bananas
- 1 bag frozen organic blueberries or wild blueberries
- 5 medjool dates, soaked 2 hours
- fresh raspberries
- 1. Peel and freeze bananas the day before serving in glass pyrex dishes.
- 2. In Vitamix, food processor or Champion Juicer, make banana ice cream.
- 3. Blend bluerries with medjool dates using only a little soak water. A thick consistency is preferred.
- 4. Spoon sauce onto banana ice cream and top with fresh raspberries.
