Banana Ice Cream with Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 5 frozen bananas
  • 1 bag frozen organic blueberries or wild blueberries
  • 5 medjool dates, soaked 2 hours
  • fresh raspberries

 

Directions:

  1. 1. Peel and freeze bananas the day before serving in glass pyrex dishes.
  2. 2. In Vitamix, food processor or Champion Juicer, make banana ice cream.
  3. 3. Blend bluerries with medjool dates using only a little soak water. A thick consistency is preferred.
  4. 4. Spoon sauce onto banana ice cream and top with fresh raspberries.
